A tad longer may mean that your hair curls up to the outside which happens to most peoples hair just above the shoulder. The haircut itself is really nice though and I think that it will suit your face shape

I really like your hair right now! its very pretty, but I think the other hair cut will look reallyyy good too! and if it doesnt, dont worry beause it will grow back =) and if you were to do highlights I think you should do a caramelyy color that will look really good..not to much tho beacuse your hair is already really pretty.
