You could take a poll or do some research to find out what percentage of surveyed women prefer which length, but without a study, no one can really say.

me personally, I like a short hair cut. Not scalped, but a nice cut. I also like the hair spiked in the bang area and on top, maybe that is mophead???

It depends what looks good on that guy. Most women don't have checklists of what's attractive, it's the whole person, not a collection of individual features.

It really all depends on the guy and his face structure I think. I mostly like guys with short hair, but some guys look good with long hair :)
