I believe that having your hair fliped out is very sexy, My boyfriend always wants me to wear my hair fliped out. And alot of my friends think that a fethered fliped out hair is the look, and I also seen it in the Seventeen magazine.

first thing.......

do u have hair product ? as in wax, gel somthing to that effect?

and a hair straightener?

if so put the product all through your hair and really mess it around to give it texture then straighten bits so they stick out to give it more texture and straighten around the face to frame.....

this is as good as it gets and you can do it fast because its a messy do.......

but all so funky atthe same time lol

I like using a skinny flat iron and make it sorta spiky of flippy like Halle Berry when she has short hair. If you don't have a flat iron then use a curling iron but don't roll it, pull the hair straight through it with a slight bend up
