18 and thinking of growing my hair fairly long , to just above the shoulder. Ive always had short hair styles , my hair is dirty blond and kind of wavy , what do u think and how long would it take?

The growth time of your hair depends on how well you treat it, but i like the idea of long hair. It's not really my type, but guys that have it always turn out to be pretty cool. If it isn't really your style (If you're preppy..) Don't do it, don't look like a poser..

In a majority, guys with long hair are really hot.. Or atleast I think so.. Almost every guy I've dated had long hiar.. But there is a point when it's too long.. I think that you have a good idea in just growing to above the shoulder.. That's exactly the right length.. And it would probably take two or three months depending on how long it is right now and what kind of care you do to it..

it depends.its ok to have some but if your hair is as long as mine its gonna be a problem. like if its at your sholders its ok.

Check out Keith Urban. His style looks easy to manage and is still long. You'd probably have to grow it a little longer and have it slightly layered if you got a wave in it. Wouldn't take you long, just tell the hairdresser you want to grow it, and they do cuts that grow into the style. Hair middle part looks great too.

No offense intended, I prefer men with a hair cut. and clean shave as well. There are scissors and If there is a need , I can cut my own at such times too.

The only guys that can get away with long hair these days are those guys on stage taking their clothes off and wearing Gstring if you know what I mean (STRIPPERS). Otherwise long hair on guys make you look like a "boggan" or "yobbo". So do yourself a favour and don't grow it.

The look totally depends on the guy. My sincere advice: wear your hair like YOU want. Your self-confidence will be attractive to others, especially those who like your hair!

i like long hair on some guys. for me, it depends on how clean and maintained the hair is and not being all scraggly looking and such. ususally on blondes, i prefer shorter hair, not always, but generally. brunettes i love dark longer hair. antonio banderas can do longer hair very well, for me. i usually like blondes clean shaven and shorter hair and brunettes with some slight stubble and longer hair. perhaps a nice mustache, but prefer no mustache. i think it depends on the man's physical contour of his face and if you have certain bone structure, then long hair is sexy. round and full faces, no, keep hair short and neat and i guess that is about it for now on this subject. too bad you did not post a picture of yourself so we can decide what you would look like with longer hair. i think you can do this perhaps, but use good hair products and don't skimp on them, and wash daily and keep combed or brushed. how are your eyebrows by the way?
